Euromaster has a strong history with a focus on season-changing bookings on wheels and tires. When Euromaster came to NOOS via the implementation agency Woocode, it had an ambition to strengthen its online retail offering.
The assignment was formulated with the aim of contributing to a screening and GAP analysis of Euromasters retail with a focus on tire and rim sales to private customers.
During the assignment, NOOS analyzed the commercial height of Euromaster.se and benchmarked it against competitors and the market. Price mapping, campaign intensity, conversion optimization and best practices in the industry resulted in an action list that NOOS handed over to Euromaster's internal resources for further work.
